Pack Securely
Place your item in its original presentation box along with all laboratory reports, certificates, and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to your shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking purposes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
